Zakat Application Form
Use this Zakat application form to apply for support from Subulus Salaam. We assist eligible Muslim households across London who are experiencing financial hardship. You can apply for Zakat al Fitr food packages, Winter Assistance with utility bills, food, or clothing. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please read our full eligibility criteria before submitting your application

Zakat el Fitr applications
For Zakat al Fitr, you can submit your Zakat application from 1st February. To qualify, your household must have space to store food packages and the ability to cook. If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria, please read our full eligibility criteria before proceeding with your Zakat application
Winter Assistance
We accept applications for Winter assistance from November 2026 to January 2027.
Priority is given to the following categories:
- Applicants with no recourse to public funds
- Asylum seekers
If we have enough funds, we may assist the categories below:
- Applicants affected by benefit sanctions, suspensions or other payment issues
- Low income workers (on minimum wage) and benefit claimants who can prove that they are in dire need (in financial crisis)
If we don’t have enough funds, you will be signposted to another charity.
Note: Proof of income must be provided.
